QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality Produce
Like many farmed products, oysters need the right care to ensure they are farmed and delivered to the consumer in the right condition. This nurturing starts right from the beginning of their life cycle.

FUN FACT – A baby oyster is called spat. Spat starts out on our oyster lease the size of a matchhead.

WiId West Cold Chain
Once our oysters have left our farm gates the continuous process of the cold chain ensures the quality of our product is at its finest.
