Oysters are scientifically proven to be water purifiers of the ocean. Not only are these little beauties improving our environment, our oyster leases at Smoky Bay create a marine habitat for the smaller creatures of the ocean. This ecosystem is nurtured by Mark and his workers while working on the lease and eagerly explored by the little members of our family.

In addition to this purifying filtering system, our oysters are first class in its nutritional value. Punching above your Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of Zinc, Omega 3, and Iron. The nutritional intake of farmed Pacific Oysters also includes, Iodine, Selenium, Magnesium, Vitamin B12, and Calcium. When it comes to eating clean and green, and giving your immune system a boost you can’t beat the consumption of these little guys.
